The technician, Mike, showed up right on time. Didn’t waste a second. He was great, knew his stuff about Thermador appliances like he'd been doing it forever. He dug into the issue right away, explained what was wrong without making it sound like rocket science. Love that! Turns out, it was a faulty temperature sensor. He swapped it out and even cleaned up the area, which, honestly, was unexpected. Most techs leave a mess. Now, my oven's back to baking cookies perfectly.
